Om arbetsgivaren har förklarat att arbetstagaren inte behöver stÄ till förfogande under uppsÀgningstiden eller en del dÀrav, fÄr arbetsgivaren frÄn förmÄner enligt 12 § första stycket avrÀkna inkomster som arbetstagaren under samma tid har förvÀrvat i annan anstÀllning. Arbetsgivaren har ocksÄ rÀtt att avrÀkna inkomster som arbetstagaren under denna tid uppenbarligen kunde ha förvÀrvat i annan godtagbar anstÀllning. Lag (1993:718). | Where the employer has stated that the employee need not be available for work following notice of termination or need only work for part of the period of notice any income earned by the employee from other employment during the same period may be deducted by the employer from benefits payable under Section 12, first paragraph. The employer is also entitled to deduct income that the employee obviously could have earned from other suitable employment during this period. (SFS 1993:718). |
