23 § Section 23
Arbetstagare som har nedsatt arbetsförmÄga och som pÄ grund dÀrav har beretts sÀrskild sysselsÀttning hos arbetsgivaren skall, om det kan ske utan allvarliga olÀgenheter, fÄ företrÀde till fortsatt arbete oberoende av turordningen. An employee who has reduced working capacity and who has, therefore, been given special duties by the employer shall be given priority for continued work, notwithstanding the rules on priority, where such can be accomplished without serious inconvenience to the employer.
