MÄl som avses i 34-36 §§ ska handlÀggas skyndsamt. | Proceedings concerning the application of this Act shall be conducted in accordance with the Labour Disputes (Judicial Procedure) Act (1974:371). Proceedings under Sections 34 - 36 shall be conducted expeditiously. |
