| Denna lag Àger tillÀmpning pÄ förhÄllandet mellan arbetsgivare och arbetstagare. | This Act shall apply to the relationship between employer and employee. |
| Som arbetstagare anses i lagen Àven den som utför arbete Ät annan och dÀrvid ej Àr anstÀlld hos denne men har en stÀllning av vÀsentligen samma slag som en anstÀlld. Den för vars rÀkning arbetet utföres skall i sÄdant fall anses som arbetsgivare. | The term "employee" as used in this Act shall also include any person who performs work for another and is not thereby employed by that other person but who occupies a position of essentially the same nature as that of an employee. In such circumstances, the person for whose benefit the work is performed shall be deemed to be an employer. |
