| Ăr kollektivavtal pĂ„ den ena sidan eller pĂ„ bĂ„da sidor slutet av flera parter och krĂ€ves uppsĂ€gning för att avtalet skall upphöra att gĂ€lla, fĂ„r part för egen del sĂ€ga upp avtalet hos en eller flera parter pĂ„ andra sidan. Har sĂ„dan uppsĂ€gning skett till viss tid, fĂ„r annan part sĂ€ga upp avtalet till samma tidpunkt. Dennes uppsĂ€gning skall dock göras inom tre veckor efter det att uppsĂ€gningen annars skulle ha skett eller, om den avtalade uppsĂ€gningstiden understiger sex veckor, inom hĂ€lften av uppsĂ€gningstiden. | Where a collective bargaining agreement has been entered into by several parties on either side or on both sides and where such agreement may only be terminated upon notice of termination, any party may, on its own behalf, terminate such agreement in relation to one or more parties on the other side. Where such termination is to be effective at a particular time, another party may terminate the agreement effective at the same time. The latter notice of termination, however, shall be given within three weeks of the time at which notice of termination should otherwise have been given, or, if the agreed period of notice is less than six weeks, within one half of the agreed period of notice. |
